🇺🇸 How to order:

  • If you are wanting a specific design, and you can’t seem to find it just let me know! I will try my best to get it for you.

 

🇺🇸 Shipping 

  • The shipping method you choose does not account for the TAT. So if you choose and expedited shipping method, the TAT will still remain the same. It just means your package should get to you quicker when it is shipped out. 
  • If you need a rush order, you must purchase the RUSH ORDER FEE listing along with the order you need expedited. 
  • Please note that USPS has been overwhelmed with an unprecedented amount of mail, so keep that in mind if your order takes longer to arrive after it has been shipped.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot make it move any faster. We both are at the mercy of the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. 

 

🇺🇸 TAT (turn around time)

  • The current TAT is 5-7 business days. This can fluctuate depending on order volume and holidays. 
  • Any issues with TAT will be listed in our group and at the top of the page

 

🇺🇸 Order Issues

  • If you have received a wrong item/size or are missing an item please email me asap so that we can get it resolved. I check my email once a day and please allow at least 24 hours for me to get back to you. 
  • If your package hasn’t arrived, or it was delivered damaged, you can fill out a claim if you had purchased the Route shipping insurance. 

 

🇺🇸 Route Shipping Insurance

  • Route Shipping Insurance is an automatic add-on for our customers, but acts as a low-cost option with 100% coverage for customers who want that extra level of assurance and protection from lost, damaged or stolen packages(porch pirates be darned!). At only 98¢ for orders under $100, or 1% of the total for orders over $100, the cost is minimal for that peace-of-mind. By removing the Route Shipping Insurance from your cart, you are acknowledging all risk and responsibility should your order be lost, is stolen, or arrives damaged. I will not be able to refund or reprint your order.

🇺🇸 Contact Methods

  • The best way to contact me is by email, I will not respond to business messages on my personal Facebook messaging. I check emails at least once daily and will respond to them within 24 hours. You can also make a post to our group as well.
