- Small business use and personal use allowed to produce a PHYSICAL product for sale. (Shirts, mugs, coasters, bags, puzzles, dish towels, etc.)

- Can be used for Sublimation, Direct to Garment and Screen Printing created in the home.

-If selling transfers of any kind a commercial license is needed. 

 

== Restrictions of Digital Download File ==

- You may NOT use this digital download file to create another digital product (e.g., PNG/SVG/EP/AI files, digital downloads.)

- You may NOT alter or modify this digital download file design in any way.

- You may NOT use the designs in part or in whole to create any new digital design for sale.

- You may NOT transfer, share, copy, gift or resell this digital file to anyone or any other company. (e.g., drives, stock resource websites, etc)

- You may NOT use the digital file designs on any third party printing/print-on-demand sites such as Printful, Zazzle, Redbubble, StickerMule, Cafe Express, Amazon Merch, etc.

- You may NOT claim art as your own.

- You may NOT email to any other person or company to print for you. The person printing for you must purchase my digital download design themselves.

 

*IMPORTANT* Every effort has been made to represent the true colors of this file. Printed colors of images may vary slightly from the colors on your monitor, mobile device, screen to screen or printer to printer.

-Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds, returns are not accepted. If you purchased a design more than once by accident, please reach out so that we can issue a credit to your account. 

-Custom Designs, Exclusive Designs, and Logos/Branding packages are a 7-10 business day TAT

-The designs I make cannot be resold, shared, "dumped" or given away. You cannot claim designs as your own, and you cannot use them in part or whole in a new design to sell. 

-Emails, websites messages will be answered within 24 hours. 

-I am available M-F 10am-2pm MST, weekends I spend with my family so I may not be able to answer your questions or concerns. 

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY DIGITAL PURCHASE

- Due to the digital nature of these designs, refunds and exchanges are NOT OFFERED in any case. Only shop credits are issued. This is a digital file so nothing will be mailed to you.
